Biking Around Vancouver

Ah, the weekend! Ah, sunny skies! It is such a beautiful day here in Vancouver. We took advantage of both of us being free from other responsibilities as well as the good weather and rented bikes.

Each day here, Clint has been walking the trails in Stanley Park and Ryan has been walking more of the city streets and paths to the Aquatic Centre. Our biking today took us through Clint’s stomping grounds of Stanley Park and the seawall, then alongside English Bay to the Aquatic Centre. We had a nice lunch outside at Sunset Beach, looking across False Creek to Granville Island. Then we cycled back to turn the bikes in at the bike rental joint right here on our block.

Vancouver is such a great city with a phenomenal mix of city life and raw nature … side by side. We’re having a great time!
