After a grueling travel day to get here yesterday, I enjoyed the city of Toronto today. I woke up to clear skies …

… but very, very cold temperatures (at least for this Palm Springs guy) …

I met a friend for lunch in the North York area of Toronto, had a great meal, and enjoyed catching up. After that, it was off to the Toronto Centre for the Performing Arts to see Jersey Boys. I was in the first row, not too far off to the side, and really felt like I was part of the action. Kudos to our friend, Rich, for his help in getting this great ticket for me with the help of his friend, Jennifer, who is in the show.

After the matinee performance, I grabbed dinner at Wayne Gretzky’s (his restaurant, not his residence) … just a couple blocks from my hotel.

Tomorrow I get to preview the condo we’ve reserved for next summer, which should be fun and interesting. Then in the evening it is off to Kitchener to begin my work week there.
