Facebook has taken a bite out of our blog. I ended up posting photos there daily and never did get around to a blog post. So a summary is in order for our travel blog.
Let’s begin in Paris … a city that needs no further introduction. Any attempt I would make to describe the magic of the French capital would surely be a feeble one. This is an enchanting city … even for those who have never visited it before. So, as we oft do in our blog, we’ll let Kodak (or iPhoto, as the case may be) do the talking.

Bleary-eyed from the trans-Atlantic flight, we were still oh-so-happy to be in the City of Light.

Our lock on the Pont des Arts. A piece of us that has remained in Paris since we originally affixed it there in November of 2011.
From there, it was on to Monaco. What a stunningly beautiful place the French Riviera and the principality are. Weather was on our side, too, and we enjoyed fair temperatures and sunny skies. While all of the area was very impressive, we were blown away by the beauty and uniqueness of the Village of Èze.
